摘要
扬子江国际会议中心是长江之滨的新地标建筑,地下工程采用混凝土刚性自防水与柔性卷材、涂料共同设防的方式,其中底板和侧墙部位为高分子自粘胶膜防水卷材预铺反粘施工,顶板部位为水泥基渗透结晶防水涂料与高分子防水卷材共同设防,在施工中灵活运用了BIM技术,从多方位全面保障了工程的防水效果。
Yangtze River International Convention Center is the new landmark on the bank of the Yangtze River,and a combination of concrete rigid self-waterproofing and flexible waterproofing of membrane and coating is adopted for its underground work.Of which,polymer self-adhesive film reinforced waterproofing membrane is applied for the floor and side walls by pre-laid reverse adhered method;while cement-based capillary crystalline waterproofing coating and polymer waterproofing membrane are used for the ceiling;BIM technology is flexibly employed in the construction and it guarantees the overall waterproofing effect of the project.
