摘要
采用原位化学氧化聚合法在聚丙烯(PP)非织造布上成功沉积聚吡咯(PPy),制备高效电磁屏蔽非织造布。系统研究聚合温度、单体浓度、涂层次数对PPy涂层PP非织造布的电磁屏蔽性能的影响,并分析其主要的屏蔽机理。利用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)观察涂层前后PP纤维的形貌变化,比较不同涂层条件时非织造布电性能的差异。研究表明,更低的聚合温度(0-4℃)、更高的单体浓度、涂层次数的增加均有利于PPy涂层非织造布的屏蔽效能的提高,而且电磁波的吸收是主要的屏蔽机理。
High efficiency electromagnetic interference(EMI)shielding polypropylene(PP)nonwoven fabric has been prepared by in-situ chemical oxidized polymerization of polypyrrole(PPy).The influence of polymerization temperature,monomer concentration and deposition time on EMI shielding properties were systematic researched.In addition,the shielding mechanism was analyzed via comparing the absorbility and reflectivity.The results shows that polymerization of PPy in ice bath,higher monomer concentration and the increase of deposition times are beneficial for improving EMI shielding effectiveness(SE).Absorption of electromagnetic wave is the main shielding mechanism.
