摘要 基于单组分染液染料浓度检测和分析的方法,提出双组分染液中单组分染料浓度的检测和分析方法。利用分光光度计测量染液染料的浓度以及EXCEL的多元线性回归法建立浓度和吸光度的回归方程,再F检验和T检验其显著性。计算各单组分染液染料实测浓度和实配浓度的相对误差,验证双组分染液中各单组分染料浓度与吸光度线性回归方程的准确性。结果表明浓度相对误差控制在1.5%以内,符合实际的浓度检测要求。 Based on the method of single-group dyeing liquid dye concentration detection and analysis,the detection and analysis method of single-part dye concentration in double-group dyeing solution was proposed.The regression equations of concentration and absorbance were established by spectrophotometer to measure the concentration of dyeing liquid dyes and using multivariate linear regression method of EXCEL,and the significance of F test and T test was obtained.The relative error of the measured concentration and the actual concentration of each single-group dyeing liquid dye was calculated,and the accuracy of the single-part dye concentration and the absorbance linear regression equation in the two-group dyeing solution was verified.The results show that the concentration error is controlled within 1.5%,which conforms to the actual concentration detection requirements.
