Development and application of cutter forheterogeneous complex mixed soil

以3500 m3/h绞吸挖泥船绞刀头为研究对象,分析常规6臂绞刀头在秦皇岛港山海关港区起步工程中遇到的问题,提出了适用于非均匀复杂混合土的5臂绞刀设计方案,通过绞刀曲线的优化设计,增加了绞刀刀臂间距,解决了挖掘过程中绞刀包裹的现象,提高了船舶生产效率。

By studying the cutter head of 3500 m3/h cutter suction dredger,we analyzed the problems of conventional 6-arm cutter head in the initial project of Qinhuangdao Shanhaiguan port area,put forward the design scheme of 5-arm cutter apply to heterogeneous complex mixed soil.Through the optimization design of cutter curve,the distance between cutter arms was increased,the phenomenon of wrapping cutter was solved,and the dredger production efficiency was improved.
