摘要
针对现有混凝土生产质量管理不严、原材料库存量不准确、生产数据收集效率低下等问题,应用智能传感设备和信息化技术,从原材料进场、混凝土生产、运输到浇筑各个环节进行关键数据采集与监控,并研发了混凝土试块快速成型装置。在此基础上开发了混凝土生产管理系统,实现混凝土生产全过程的数据自动采集与质量控制,提高混凝土生产质量和效率,减轻现场人员的工作强度,减少混凝土浪费。该技术在深中通道项目得到成功应用,具有广泛的推广应用前景。
Aimed at the problems of existing concrete production,such as poor quality management,inaccurate raw material inventory and inefficient production data collection,the intelligent sensing equipment and information technology was used to collect and monitor the key crucial data from various stages of raw material arrival,concrete production,concrete transportation and concrete pouring,and a rapid forming equipment for concrete test block was invented.Based on the above technology,concrete production management system was developed to realize the automatic data acquisition and quality control in the whole process of concrete production,improve the concrete production quality and efficiency,and reduce the work intensity of site staff,and reduce the concrete waste.The technology has been successfully applied in the project of Shenzhen-Zhongshan channel,and has a wide application prospect.
