两岸农产品贸易面临的新问题及未来展望

New Challenges and Future Prospects of Cross-Strait Agricultural Trade

农产品贸易是台湾海峡两岸经贸往来、农业交流的重要组成部分,在服务对台工作大局、促进两岸和平发展中发挥着举足轻重的作用。40多年来,两岸农产品贸易持续发展,提升了台湾农业对大陆的依存度,带动台农台企到大陆投资,也是岛内政治角力的热点。同时,两岸农产品贸易也存在一些问题。2020年,受台湾地区领导人选举、新冠肺炎疫情发生和ECFA进入后期执行等因素影响,两岸农产品贸易面临新情况,需要化解不利因素,保持两岸农产品贸易持续发展。

Agricultural product trade is an important part of economic and trade exchanges and agricultural exchanges across the Taiwan Straits.It plays a pivotal role in promoting the overall work of Taiwan and peaceful development across the Straits.Cross-Strait agricultural product trade has been advancing for more than 40 years,increasing the dependence of Taiwan’s agriculture on the mainland,and driving Taiwan’s agricultural and Taiwan Residents enterprises to invest in the mainland.At the same time,there are also some problems in cross-Strait agricultural trade.In 2020,affected by factors such as the election of leaders in the Taiwan region,the outbreak of COVID-19,and implementation of ECFA,cross-Strait agricultural trade is facing new challenges which needs to resolve the unfavorable factors.Consequently,it’s necessary to carry out some comprehensive policies,in order to maintaining the sustainable development of cross-Strait agriculture.
