研究生学术行为规范认知影响机制及应对策略研究 被引量:3

摘要 文章基于全国70余所高校近2万名研究生科学道德和学风建设宣讲教育调查的数据,建立结构方程模型探究研究生学术行为规范认知的影响机制。结果表明,当前我国研究生学术不端行为现象频发,学生缺乏清晰正确的学术行为规范认知。科学道德与学风建设、生师交流对研究生的学术行为规范认知有直接的正向影响;"功利性"的科研投入与不良的科研环境对其有直接的负向影响;生师交流通过科研投入对其有间接影响。加强系统科学的科学道德与学风建设教育、注重导师的学术榜样激励、营造良好健康的学术环境与氛围是提高研究生学术行为规范认知的重要途径。 This study is based on data of education survey of the construction of scientific ethics and academic atmosphere by more than 70 universities across the country nearly 20 000 postgraduates,and establishes the structural equation model to explore the impact mechanism of cognition of postgraduate academic behavior norms. The results show that the current academic misconduct in our country is more serious,and the clear and correct understanding of academic behavior norms is lacking. Scientific ethics and style construction,exchanges between teachers and students have a direct positive effect on cognition of graduation academic norms of behavior;"utilitarian" research investment and adverse external environment for scientific research have a direct negative effect;exchanges between teachers and students through research investment have direct effects. Strengthening education of scientific ethics and construction of study style,focusing on the role of tutor’s academic example excitation,creating a healthy academic environment and atmosphere,to improve the cognition of postgraduate academic behavior norms.
