摘要
管理学科学术型研究生创新能力的提升是适应"双一流"建设和培养创新型人才的需要。本文从批判性思维视角,探索了研究生创新能力提升的影响因素及途径。通过实证分析,检验了导师影响力、学校影响力、AGM批判性思维、AGM个体行为和AGM创新能力之间的显著影响关系,并在此基础上,提出了学校、导师、研究生三者互为促进,共同发展的几点建议,为创新型人才培养提供参考。
The improvement of the innovation ability of academic postgraduates in management disciplines is to meet the needs of the construction of "Double First-class" and the cultivation of innovative talents. From the perspective of critical thinking,this article explores the influencing factors and ways of improving graduate students’ innovative ability. Through empirical analysis,the article examines the significant influence relationship among mentor influence,school influence,AGM critical thinking,AGM individual behavior,and AGM innovation ability. On this basis, it proposes several suggestions that the school, mentor, and graduate students should interact with each other,achieving common development,in order to provide references for the cultivation of innovative talents.
