摘要
工匠精神在中国近代各行各业很受重视,编辑行业也很关注工匠精神培养.通过分析高校科技期刊编辑的现状,研究高校科技期刊编辑培养工匠精神必要性.根据工匠精神的内涵,提出通过编辑职业道德、职业实践和职业生涯三个方面来培养工匠精神,推动高校科技期刊的发展,提高办刊水平.
The spirit of craftsmanship was highly valued in all walks of life in modern China,and the editing industry also paid attention to the cultivation of craftsmanship spirit.Through the analysis of the current situation of university sci-tech journal editors,this paper studies the necessity of cultivating craftsman spirit.According to the connotation of craftsman spirit,this paper proposes to cultivate craftsman spirit from three aspects:professional ethics,professional practice and career of editors,so as to promote the development of sci-tech journals in Colleges and Universities and improve the level of running journals.
