摘要
目的了解妇幼护士的情绪劳动现状,为其情绪劳动管理提供参考.方法采用整群抽样方法选取漳州市某三甲医院338名妇幼护士,使用基本情况问卷收集妇幼护士的人口学特征,采用中文版情绪劳动量表评定情绪劳动现状,比较不同人口学特征的妇幼护士情绪劳动特征.结果妇幼护士情绪劳动量表评分(45.59±9.11)分,自然表现、深层扮演、表层扮演维度评分分别为(3.69±0.93)分、(3.40±0.83)分、(2.99±0.78)分.不同年龄的妇幼护士表层扮演维度、深层扮演维度评分差异有统计学意义(F=2.658、3.958,P=0.013、0.004);不同职称的妇幼护士自然表现维度、深层扮演维度评分差异有统计学意义(F=3.355、5.070,P=0.010、0.001);不同护龄的妇幼护士深层扮演维度评分差异有统计学意义(F=2.943,P=0.021);不同人事关系的妇幼护士深层扮演维度评分差异有统计学意义(F=3.661,P=0.013).结论妇幼护士在情绪劳动中较多采用自然表现和深层扮演的策略;年龄越大、职称越高、护龄越长、工作更稳定者多倾向于采用深层扮演策略;职称越高者在情绪劳动中自然表现越好;低年资、低职称、人事代理或合同制聘用者则倾向于采用表层扮演策略.
Ojective To understand the emotional labor status of women and children nurses,and to provide references for their emotional labor management.Methods Cluster sampling method was adopted to select 338 women and children nurses from a Third-grade A hospital in Zhangzhou city.The basic information questionnaire was used to collect demographic characteristics of nurses,and the Chinese version of emotional labor scale was used to assess the current situation of emotional labor.The emotional labor characteristics of women and children nurses with different demographic characteristics were compared.Results The score of emotional labor scale was(45.59±9.11),and the scores of natural performance,deep acting and surface acting were(3.69±0.93),(3.40±0.83)and(2.99±0.78),respectively.There were statistically significant differences in the scores of surface acting dimension and deep acting dimension among women and children nurses with different ages(F=2.658,3.958,P=0.013,0.004).The deep acting dimension scores of nurses with different working years showed statistically significant differences(F=2.943,P=0.021).There were statistically significant differences in the deep acting dimension scores of women and children nurses with different personnel relation(F=3.661,P=0.013).Conclusion Women and children nurses used to adopt natural expression and deep acting strategies in emotional labor.Nurses with higher age,higher professional titles,longer nursing age and stable work tend to use deep acting strategies.Nurses with higher professional titles behave better in natural performance.Nurses with low seniority,low professional title,personnel agency or contract employment tend to adopt the surface acting strategy.
