为探索和寻求能够直接抑制和杀灭新型冠状病毒的中医新药物和新方法,从中药传统法象理论中"取象比类"的"天人合一"观点和依据药物的形质、色泽、气味等自然属性来推测和验证其功效机制的理论模式推演药物的药性和功效。新型冠状病毒之"形"为球形或椭圆形,表面覆有棒状突起物之"象",据"同气相求"或"同气相近",与动物类刺猬,植物类仙人球、苍耳子、马勃、刺蒺藜、榴莲壳等同构同"象"。故理论上此类中药具有"以形治形"之功效,能够抑制或杀灭新型冠状病毒。设想开展相关的临床和实验研究,启示应以科学严谨态度审视和检验传统理论,古为今用。
