摘要
传统的医院中央空调冷却塔系统存在能耗高、效率低的问题,基于改善这一缺点的目的设计了一个冷却塔控制系统,通过采用多回路智能PID控制器、变频器、可控硅模块、电动阀、温度传感器完成了控制系统的硬件设计,PID通过温度传感器采集的数据进行处理,然后将PID命令传输给电动阀、主变频器、辅助变频器。电动阀根据命令调整阀门开度,主变频器根据命令调整频率,辅助变频器根据命令启停。至此完成医院中央空调冷却塔软件设计。最后通过对比实验得出,冷却塔控制系统更加节能且运行过程功率的加减更加平滑,控制系统对于减少皮带磨损,降低对减速箱的冲击等都有帮助。
The traditional cooling tower system of hospital central air conditioning has the problem of high efficiency and low energy consumption.Therefore,a cooling tower control system is designed which based on the purpose of improving this shortcoming.Using multi loop intelligent PID controller completes the hardware design of the control system,frequency converter,thyristoes switch,electric valve and temperature sensor.Then the PID command transmitted to the electric valve,the main frequency converter and the auxiliary frequency converter.The electric valve adjusts the valve opening according to the command which the main frequency converter adjusts the frequency according to the command,and the auxiliary frequency converter starts and stops according to the command.So far,the software design of central air conditioning cooling tower in hospital has been completed.Finally,through comparative experiments,it is concluded that the proposed cooling tower control system is more energy-saving and the operation process power is more smooth.The system is helpful to reduce belt wear and impact on gearbox.
