350MW电站锅炉焦炉煤气再燃脱硝的数值模拟 被引量:3

Numerical simulation of reburning and denitrification of coke oven gas in a 350 MW power plant boiler

摘要 在一台350 MW四角切圆锅炉上,分别开展了燃烧全煤和配烧入炉热量为15%的焦炉煤气再燃脱硝的数值模拟,对炉内流动、温度和烟气分布及NOx排放等特性进行了对比分析。结果表明,相对于燃烧全煤,在通入入炉热量为15%的焦炉煤气后,炉膛出口的飞灰含碳量和CO降低,燃烧效率提高;输入15%的焦炉煤气时,NOx排放量降低了21%。 A comparative analysis was conducted on a 350 MW square-cutting boiler.the numerical simulation of reburning and denitration of coke-fired gas with 15%heat of combustion and full-burning furnace was carried out to analyze the flow,temperature,smoke distribution and NOx emissions in the furnace.The results showed that the carbon content and CO of the fly ash at the outlet of the furnace were reduced,and the combustion efficiency was improved after the coke oven gas with 15%heat input into the furnace compared to the combustion of whole coal,when 15%of coke oven gas was input,the emission of NOx have decreased by 21%.
