摘要
随着环保对除尘要求的日益严格,布袋除尘器获得了广泛的应用。但是布袋除尘器具有阻力大、容易吸潮堵塞、着火风险大等诸多问题,使其应用获得了很多限制。因此,设计一种除尘效率高、阻力小、无堵塞和着火风险的除尘器已经成为一个亟待解决的问题。设计了一种新型高效湿法静电除尘器,此静电除尘器的主要部件为1个多功能处理塔,在处理塔内设置有加湿处理腔和静电除尘腔,烟气中的粉尘在加湿处理腔中通过喷淋加湿后进入静电除尘腔,由于细微粉尘加湿后质量显著增大,可以在静电除尘腔中被高效去除。经现场测试,本高效除尘器可以有效地将烟气中的粉尘浓度降低到30 mg/m^3以下,完全满足现有环保要求,值得大力推广。
With the increasingly stringent requirements of environmental protection for dust removal,bag filter has been widely used.However,the bag filter has many problems such as high resistance,easy to absorb moisture,and high risk of fire,which limits its application.Therefore,design a dust collector with high dust removal efficiency,low resistance,and no risk of blockage and fire.Becomes an urgent problem to be solved.In response to the above problems,this paper successfully developes a new type of high-efficiency wet electrostatic precipitator.The main component of the electrostatic precipitator is a multifunctional processing tower.A humidification processing chamber and an electrostatic dust removal chamber are arranged in the processing tower.The dust in the flue gas enters the electrostatic dust removal chamber after being sprayed and humidified in the humidification processing chamber.Since the quality of dust is significantly increased after humidification,it can be efficiently removed in the electrostatic dust removal chamber.After on-site testing,it can effectively reduce the dust concentration in the flue gas to below 30 mg/m3.It fully meets the existing environmental protection requirements and is worthy of vigorous promotion.
