几种烧结机烟气超低排放技术应用现状及对比分析 被引量:3

Application status and comparative analysis of several ultra-low emission technologies of sintering machine flue gas

摘要 随着河北省《钢铁工业大气污染物超低排放标准》(DB 13/2169—2018)的发布与实施,对烧结机烟气脱硫脱硝技术的要求越来越高,烧结机烟气超低排放技术的研究和应用,对于改善大气环境质量、推动钢铁企业转型升级具有重要的意义。根据国内钢铁烧结机升级改造情况,重点介绍目前国内采用的几种主流烧结机烟气超低排放技术的应用情况。通过综合对比分析,认为APS-FGD烟气脱硫脱硝技术在严峻的环保和节能形势下,在占地、脱硫脱硝效果和能耗等方面更具有一定优势。 With the release and implementation of the"Ultra-low Emission Standard for Air Pollutants of Iron and Steel Industry"(DB 13/2169—2018)in Hebei Province,the requirements for the sintering machine flue gas desulfurization and denitrification technology are increasingly high.The research and application of the sintering machine flue gas ultralow emission technology is of great significance for improving the atmospheric environment quality and promoting the transformation and upgrading of iron and steel enterprises.Based on the upgrading and transformation of domestic steel sintering machine,this paper mainly introduces the application of several mainstream sintering machine ultra-low emission technology in China.Through comprehensive comparative analysis,it is concluded that APS-FGD flue gas desulfurization and denitrification technology has certain advantages in terms of land use,desulfurization and denitrification effect and energy consumption under the severe environmental protection and energy saving situation.
