摘要
刺激响应型聚合物可通过响应不同环境(内源和外源)的刺激而改变聚合物结构、水溶性等理化性质,在药物靶向性、控制释放等方面有着广阔的应用前景。本文主要介绍了刺激响应型聚合物的分类及合成,包括酸响应型、氧化还原响应型、协同响应型聚合物等,并综述了刺激响应型聚合物在肿瘤治疗方面的应用潜力。
Stimulus-responsive polymers can change physical and chemical properties such as polymer structure and water solubility by responding to stimuli in different environments(endogenous and exogenous), whichhadabroad application prospects in drug targeting and controlled release.This paper mainly introduces the classification and synthesis of stimuli-responsive polymers, including pH-responsive, redox-responsive, and cooperativeresponsive polymers. In addition, the application potential of stimuli-responsive polymers in tumor therapy was reviewed.
