摘要
通过等体积浸渍法制备了Zr改性的Ni-Mo/Zr-ASA加氢催化剂,在固定床上以萘作为反应探针,研究了萘加氢反应,优化了萘加氢工艺。实验结果表明,催化剂Ni-Mo/Zr-ASA上萘加氢的最佳工艺条件为:反应温度380℃,反应压力6.5MPa,空速1.5h-1,氢油体积比300∶1。
Ni-Mo/Zr-ASA catalyst modified with Zr was prepared by equal volume impregnation.Naphthalene was used as a reaction probe in a fixed bed to study the hydrogenation of naphthalene and optimize the hydrogenation process of naphthalene.The experimental results show that the optimal process conditions for the hydrogenation of naphthalene on Ni-Mo/Zr-ASA catalyst are:reaction temperature 380℃,reaction pressure 6.5MPa,space velocity 1.5h-1,and hydrogen oil volume ratio 300∶1.
