摘要
建立了四酸体系-微波消解作为固体废物预处理方法,讨论了通过电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)同时测定Cr,Ni,Cu 3种重金属的分析方法。结果表明,采用ICP-MS方法测得的固体废物中Cr,Ni,Cu的标准曲线相关系数R均为0.9999,检出限均为0.10mg·kg-1,RSD为1.2%~7.1%,标准物质测量值的准确性在不确定性范围内。其线性关系、检出限、精度和准确性均符合标准《固体废物金属元素的测定电感耦合等离子体质谱法》(HJ 766-2015)的要求。
Microwave digestion with tetra acid system was established as a solid waste pretreatment method.The simultaneous determination of Cr,Ni and Cu by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS)was discussed.The results show that the correlation coefficient R of Cr,Ni and Cu in the solid waste measured by ICP-MS is 0.9999,the detection limit is 0.10mg·kg-1,RSD is 1.2%~7.1%,and the accuracy of the measured value of the reference material is within the uncertainty range.The linear relationship,detection limit,accuracy and accuracy all meet the requirements of the standard<Determination of metal elements in solid waste inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(HJ766-2015).
