摘要
建立了固体进样-金汞齐富集-冷原子吸收光谱法测定土壤中总汞的方法。于载气200mL·min^-1;干燥温度250℃,干燥时间30s;裂解温度650℃,裂解时间60s;催化温度600℃;释放温度800℃条件下,汞浓度范围在0.5~10ng以及10~200ng的相关系数优于0.999,方法检出限为0.11g·kg^-1,相对标准偏差为1.8%~4.1%(n=7),加标回收率为94.4%~107.2%。该方法免化学消解、操作简便、稳定性良好、结果准确,适合土壤中总汞的批量测定。
A method for determination of total mercury in soil by solid sampling-gold amalgam enrichment and cold atomic absorption spectrometry was established.At carrier gas of 200mL·min^-1;Drying temperature 250℃,drying time 30s;Cracking temperature:650℃;cracking time:60s;Catalytic temperature 600℃;the condition of releasing temperature of 800℃,the correlation coefficient between the mercury concentration range of 0.5~10ng and 10~200ng was better than 0.999,the detection limit of the method was 0.11g·kg^-1,the relative standard deviation was 1.8%~4.1%(n=7),and the standard recovery was 94.4%~107.2%.The method with avoiding chemical digestion is simple,stable and accurate,and is suitable for the mass determination of mercury in soil.
