摘要
为研究三相微乳柠檬烯体系制备的最优主要原料配伍工艺条件,在单因素实验的基础上,采用四因素三水平正交设计法,研究柠檬烯、烷基葡糖苷、椰子油衍生物、蔗糖脂肪酸酯用量4个因素对三相微乳柠檬烯体系的微乳粒径的影响。研究结果表明,4种原料用量对制备的三相微乳柠檬烯体系微乳粒径影响的主次顺序为:烷基葡糖苷>柠檬烯>蔗糖脂肪酸酯>椰子油衍生物。通过正交试验获得最优方案并综合考虑清洗能力主要成分用量占比、粒径大小、原料节约等因素,确定制备三相微乳柠檬烯体系的主要原料配伍工艺条件为:柠檬烯、烷基葡糖苷、椰子油衍生物、蔗糖脂肪酸酯的用量比为12∶10∶5∶5,在此条件下,三相微乳柠檬烯体系的粒径可达60.4nm,可应用于果蔬的农药残留清洗等日化产品领域。
In order to study the optimal main raw material compatibility process conditions for the preparation of the three-phase microemulsion limonene system,based on the single factor experiment,a four-factor three-level orthogonal design method was used to study the affect of the amount of limonene,alkyl glucoside,coconut oil derivatives,and sucrose fatty acid ester on the microemulsion particle size of the three-phase microemulsion limonene system.The results of the study showed that the order of the influence of the amount of four raw materials on the particle size of the three-phase microemulsion limonene system microemulsionwas:alkyl glucoside>limonene>sucrose fatty acid ester>coconut oil derivative.After obtaining the optimal plan through orthogonal experiments,comprehensively considering factors such as the proportion of the main components,the particle size,and the saving of raw materials,the main raw material compatibility process conditions for preparing the three-phase microemulsion limonene system were determined as follows:The dosage ratio of limonene,alkyl glucoside,coconut oil derivative and sucrose fatty acid ester was 12∶10∶5∶5.Under these conditions,the particle size of the three-phase microemulsion limonene system can reach 60.4nm,which can be used for daily chemical products such as pesticide residue cleaning agent for fruits and vegetables.
