摘要
当前,在全球经济疲软的大背景下,各国积极发掘新的经济发展增长点,以期打破经济发展僵局,实现产业优化升级。以新兴产业为背景,基于吉林省新兴产业的发展目标分析吉林省新兴产业的人才供给现状,基于吉林省新兴产业人才培养存在的人才储备量不足、人才配置效率低、人才培养体系滞后和相关政策不完善等问题,从环境、机制、政策和意识等方面提出吉林省新兴产业人才培养策略,具有重要的现实意义。
It is known that all the countries are trying to seek new economic growth points to stimulate further economic development and optimize existing industries during current depression.In the paper below,some strategies of talent cultivation for newly-rising industries in Jilin Province with practical significance were proposed in terms of environment,mechanism,policy and awareness as solutions to the problems like shortage of talent reserve,low efficiency in talent allocation,backwardness of talent cultivation system and incompleteness of related policies on the basis of an analysis of current talent supply for newly-rising industries in Jilin Province against the province's developmental goals.
