我国中小学冬季奥林匹克教育开展的困境与对策研究

Research on the Predicaments of the Winter Olympic Education in China and and Relevant Solutions

2022年举办冬奥会是我国开展冬季奥林匹克教育的最佳契机。当前我国中小学冬季奥林匹克教育开展面临学校重视不够、教师能力不足、家长不予支持、学生自身不感兴趣及体质制约等困境,解决对策是国家加强引导,加强冬奥教育组织保障,统筹规划冬奥教育;学校加强重视,制定冬奥教育发展规划,加强冬奥教育师资建设,开发冬奥教育特色课程,组织冬奥教育系列活动,开设冰雪项目运动课程;社会加大助力,共享冬奥教育所需资源,拓宽冬奥教育传播渠道,转变冬奥教育个人观念。

The 2022 Winter Olympics to be held in Beijing is the best opportunity to carry out Winter Olympic education in China.However,difficulties such as insufficient attention from schools,insufficient capacity of teachers,less support from parents and low interest of students are challenging the education of winter olympics for the students from primary and secondary schools.To cope with this situation,some solutions were proposed in the paper below such as strengthening the guidance,strengthening the organization of the Winter Olympics education,making overall plans for the education at the national level;paying more attention to the educational plan,strengthening the construction of professional teaching teams and organizing relevant events at the school level;and sharing required resources,widening communication channels and transforming individual's idea at the social level.
