摘要
采用机械融合方法制备出氧化铟均匀包覆的高镍LoNi0.83Co0.11Mn0.06O2单晶三元材料,讨论了包覆量对材料结构及电化学性能的影响。包覆氧化铟后显著降低了材料的电荷转移阻抗,材料的倍率、循环性能及热稳定性均有所提高。与未包覆的材料相比,氧化铟包覆量为0.5%(质量分数)时,材料电化学性能最优,5 C/0.2 C容量保持率为由82.41%提升为85.57%,循环100圈容量保持率由89.2%提升为92.3%。包覆0.5%氧化铟的材料热稳定性亦最佳,放热峰值温度增加8.3℃,放热总量减少25.97 J/g。
A high nickel LiNi0.83Co0.11Mn0.06O2 single crystal ternary material coated with indium oxide was prepared by mechanical fusion.After indium oxide coating,the charge transfer impedance of the material was significantly reduced.Compared with uncoated materials,when the indium oxide content of coated materials is 0.5 wt%,the electrochemical performance of the materials is the best.The capacity retention rate of 5 C/0.2 C increases from 82.41%to 85.57%,and the capacity retention rate of 100 cycles increases from 89.2%to 92.3%.The thermal stability of indium oxide coated with 0.5 wt%is also the best.The peak temperature of heat release increases by 8.3℃,and the total heat release decreases by 25.97 J/g.
