摘要
磷酸的生产有热法和湿法两种生产方式,因湿法生产磷酸能耗低、环境污染小,目前被广泛采用。采用湿法生产的磷酸要通过一系列的净化才能达到相应的净化磷酸的指标,而磷酸的酸浓是最基本、最重要的指标之一,因而酸浓的检测及其重要。介绍了一种采用密度计测量净化磷酸的密度,利用其密度与酸浓呈线性关系,仪器直接给出酸浓浓度的方法。其检测方法简单、快速、准确,更利于指导生产和用于产品检测。
There are two ways to produce phosphoric acid:thermal process and wet process.The wet process phosphoric acid production is extensively used as it comes with low energy consumption and low environmental pollution.Phosphoric acid produced with wet process requires a series of purification in order to reach certain level of purification,while the acid concentration is one of the fundamental and essential parameters of the phosphoric acid,hence it is critical to determine the acid concentration.
