摘要
随着国家对环境、安全、节能的重视和苛刻要求,粉尘超低排放随之而来。以某燃煤动力锅炉脱硫系统的烟气净化为例,介绍了烟气除尘系统技术改造方案的选择、技改施工过程和技术效果。项目采用单塔一体化深度脱硫除尘装置,施工简单,节约投资,装置运行稳定,排放烟气中的粉尘浓度稳定在4.5 mg/m 3以下,实现了粉尘超洁净排放的目的。
Ultra⁃low dust emission comes as a result of increasing attention on and more stringent requirements by the nation for environment,safety and energy efficiency.Taking the example of flue gas purification for the desulfurization system of a coal⁃fired boiler,the selection of technical revamp scheme,revamp construction procedure and technical effect for the flue gas dust collection system are outlined.An integrated single tower deep desulfurization and dust collection system are employed,which comes with easy construction,cost saving,and stable operation,and the dust level in the emitted flue gas is kept below 4.5 mg/m3,which achieves the goal of ultra⁃clean dust emission.
