摘要
活性炭烟气脱硫脱硝技术在钢企烧结机机头烟气处理中的应用越来越普遍,但快速无序地发展也埋下了诸多隐患,其中在装置运行中活性炭自燃、吸附塔床层温度的离散型大、氨氮比偏离理论值高等问题突出。以两套烧结机机头烟气脱硫脱硝系统为例,分析了上述问题的成因,并实施了对应的整改措施,在一定程度上缓解了上述问题。
Activated carbon flue gas desulfurization and denitration technology is being extensively applied in the flue gas treatment at the head of sinte⁃ring machine by the steel producers.However,the rapid and disorderly development also brings risks,particularly the self⁃ignition of activated carbon dur⁃ing operation,and big discrete temperatures across the adsorption beds,and higher NH3⁃N ratio than the theoretical value.Taking the example of flue gas desulfurization and denitration systems at the heads of two sintering machines,The causes of above problems are studied,and corresponding corrective measures are taken,which alleviates above problems to a certain level.
