摘要
为给香花油茶(Camellia osmantha)的综合利用提供理论依据,并为香花油茶叶中提取茶多酚实现工业化生产奠定基础,先采用超声-微波协同萃取法萃取,然后通过乙醇浸提进一步提取香花油茶叶中的茶多酚,并通过活性白土和酸性活性炭吸附、无水乙醇醇沉对其进行纯化,使用纯化后的茶多酚进行猪油的抗氧化活性试验。结果表明,香花油茶叶中茶多酚提取和纯化的最佳工艺条件为超声功率50 W、微波功率350 W、超声-微波萃取时间100 s、乙醇浓度40%、料液比1∶25、浸提温度70℃、浸提时间45 min、浸提次数2次、活性白土量30 g/L、酸性活性炭量40 g/L、无水乙醇与浓缩液比4∶1,在此条件下,茶多酚提取率为12.18%;香花油茶叶中的茶多酚具有良好的抗氧化活性,当添加量为油脂量的0.06%时,对猪油的抗氧化效果最好。
In order to provide theory evidence for integrated utilization of Camellia osmantha and lay basis for realizing industrialization of extracting tea polyphenols from C.osmantha leaves,tea polyphenols were extracted by ultrasonic microwave extraction,extracted by ethanol extraction,purified by absorption activated white soil,acid activated carbon and anhydrous alcohol precipitation.Antioxidant activity test was made by purified tea polyphenols.Results showed that the best conditions for extraction and purification of tea polyphenols were ultrasonic power 50 W,microwave power 350 W,ultrasonic microwave extraction time 100 s,ethanol concentration 40%,ratio of feed to liquid 1∶25,leaching temperature 70℃,leaching time 45 min,leaching frequency twice,activated white soil content 30 g/L,acid activated carbon content 40 g/L,anhydrous ethanol and concentration liquid ratio 4∶1.Under the condition,tea polyphenols extraction rate was 12.18%.The tea polyphenols had good antioxidant activity.When the amount of oil added was 0.06%,the tea polyphenols had the best antioxidant effect on lard.
