摘要
为探讨不同基质、季节、生根剂、插穗粗度、生根剂浓度及浸泡时间对桂叶山牵牛(Thunbergia laurifolia)扦插生根的影响,分别采用L16(4^3)和L9(3^4)正交试验,运用方差和极差分析对扦插生根效果进行综合评价。结果表明,处理9的各项指标最优,即在春季以椰糠为扦插基质并采用863生根剂;选择6~7 mm插穗、生根剂浓度为1000~1500 mg/L、浸泡时间10~60 min的扦插生根效果最佳。
In order to investigate effects of different substrates,seasons,rooting agents,cutting thickness,rooting agent concentrations and soaking time on rooting of Thunbergia laurifolia,L16(4^3)and L9(3^4)orthogonal experiments as well as variance and range analysis were used to comprehensively evaluate rooting effect.Results showed that treatment 9 was the best,which was using coconut bran as substrate,taking 863 rooting agent in spring.Rooting effect was the best when 6-7 mmcuttings were selected with rooting agent concentration of 1000-1500 mg/Land soaking time of 10-60 min.
