摘要
在传统二步法松油醇生产中,存在水合反应难控制、水洗不彻底、离心操作效率低和脱水副反应多等问题。通过改进水合反应及脱水催化剂,采用抽滤分离水合萜二醇及改造脱水设备等措施,对二步法松油醇生产中的主要工序进行改进,改进后的总醇得率从50%提高到62%以上,药用级产品率从30%提高到48%以上,取得了较好的效果。
In traditional two-step process,there are many problems such as difficult to control hydration reaction,incomplete washing,low centrifugation efficiency and many byproducts when dehydration.Main production processes were improved in two-step process for terpineol by improving hydration and dehydration catalysts,seperating terpin hydrate by Vacuum filtration,and modifying dehydration equipment.After improvements,the total terpineol yield increased from 50%to more than 62%,and the yield of medical grade terpineol increased from 30%to more than48%.
