摘要
水液压技术的使用可有效解决乳化液带来的环境污染问题。以水替代液压油、乳化液可实现安全、环保及低成本运行,“密封、润滑、锈蚀”是水液压的主要研究内容。在“静态水液压”技术基础上,对煤矿井下单体液压支柱进行改进,设计一种能实现动态密封与润滑的“油水分离”式纯水介质橡胶活塞单体液压支柱。通过设计异形密封结构、储油体及油水分离纤维布,实现“油水分离”技术措施,保证偶副的灵活和减摩,实现“密封—润滑”,并达到更好的使用性能。
The application of water hydraulic technology can solve the problem of environmental pollution caused by emulsion effectively.We can achieve the goal of safe,environmental protection and low cost operation by using water instead of hydraulic oil or emulsion.The main research content of water hydraulic is″seal,lubrication,rust″.Based on the technology of″static water hydraulic pressure″,the single hydraulic prop in coal mine is improved,and a kind of″oil-water separation″single hydraulic prop with rubber piston is designed.It can realize dynamic sealing and lubrication.By designing special-shaped sealing structure,oil storage body and oil-water separating fiber cloth,the technical measures of″oil-water separating″are realized.
