健康码、数字人与余数生命——技术政治学与生命政治学的反思

Health QR Code,Digital Person,and the Remainder-life--Technopolitical and Biopolitical Reflection

在2020年初至今的抗击新冠肺炎疫情的斗争中,健康码起到了重要作用。在政治层面上,健康码恰恰处在技术政治和生命政治的交叉口上:它不仅是当代数字技术的一个"微创新",同时具身化了共同体的免疫边界。建立在数字城市性、算法化社会性、大数据主义这三大要素之上的"算法治理",系统性地升级了针对人口的"安全技术",从而极大地提升了生命政治所指向的"生命治理"。与此同时,它也无可逆转地造成了共同体"成员资格"的重要变化,即"肉身人"向"数字人"的关键转化,而"余数生命",则构成了以健康码为典范的数字化生命治理的真正挑战。

In the battle against covid-19,the Health QR Code played an important role.It invokes both technopolitical and biopolitical elements:It is not only a"micro innovation"of contemporary digital technology,but also embodies the immune boundary of the community.Algorithmic governance,built upon digital urbanity,algorithmized sociality,and big-dataism,while upgrades systematically the security technics over population,and by doing that improves biopolitically"life administration",also irreversibly changes the status of the community’s membership from corporeal person to digital person.As the consequence of that change,"remainder-life"constitutes the real challenge of the digitalized life administration epitomized by the Health QR Code.
