新冠肺炎疫情下方舱医院的院感管理实践

Practice of Nosocomial Infection Management in Shelter Hospital under COVID-19 Pandemic

自湖北省武汉市出现新型冠状病毒肺炎病例发生以来,疫情迅速发展蔓延。为控制疫情持续扩大,2020年2月武汉市启动方舱医院对轻症患者实施隔离管理和集中救治。如何在以呼吸道传播为主的传染病患者收治场所保护医务人员和其他工作人员不被感染以及避免患者之间发生交叉感染,对医院感染管理工作者而言是一项巨大的挑战。武汉江岸方舱医院从结构布局、制度流程建立、全员培训与考核、环境清洁消毒、落实日常监督等方面制定医院感染防控措施,可为突发公共卫生事件中方舱医院的医院感染管理策略提供参考。

Since the emergence of corona virus disease 2019(COVID-19)in Wuhan,Hubei province,the epidemic has rapidly spread.In order to control the continuous expansion of the epidemic,Wuhan launched shelter hospital plan to improve quarantine management and centralized treatment for patients with mild symptoms in February 2020.It is a huge challenge for nosocomial infection management staff to protect the health care workers and other staff from quarantine and avoid cross-infection among patients in the place where mild infectious respiratory tract patients were admitted.Wuhan Jiang'an shelter hospital has formulated measures for the prevention and control of hospital infection from aspects of structural layout,establishment of system flow,training and assessment of all staff,environmental cleaning and disinfection,implementation of routine supervision,etc.Prevention and control measures adopted can provide references for shelter hospital infection management in public health emergency.
