抗菌药物滥用现状分析及管理对策

Analysis on the Present Situation of Antibacterial Drug Abuse and Its Management Countermeasures

抗菌药物作为抗感染的主要药物,广泛应用于医疗卫生、农业养殖领域,在治疗感染性疾病、挽救患者生命、防治动物疫病、提高养殖效益以及保障公共卫生安全中发挥了重要作用。但抗菌药物滥用引起的细菌耐药已经成为全球的一个公共卫生问题。对抗菌药物滥用的现状、危害、影响因素进行了综述,并提出预防其滥用的管理对策。

Antibacterial drugs,as the main anti-infective drugs,are widely used in the fields of medical and health,farming,and play an important role in the treatment of infectious diseases to save patients'lives,prevent and control animal diseases,improve breeding efficiency and ensure public health.However,bacterial resistance caused by antibiotic abuse has become a global public health problem.In this paper,the present situation,harm and influencing factors of anti-bacterial drug abuse were reviewed,and proposed management strategies to prevent the abuse.
