临床医学硕士研究生招生考试成绩的灰色关联分析

The Gray Relation Analysis of Enrollment Examination Scores by Postgraduate Students in Clinical Medicine

目的分析当前临床医学硕士招生考试总成绩与各科目成绩的关联程度,探讨临床医学硕士招生考试现状和存在的问题。方法以某医学院2014—2018年389名临床医学硕士招生考试成绩为研究对象。采用χ2检验和t检验进行复试考生的基本特征和成绩分析。采用灰色关联模型分析招生考试总成绩与各科目成绩的关联度。结果在招生考试改革前和改革后,学生的性别、学位类型、生源类型分布差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。科学学位和专业学位初试成绩改革后均高于改革前(P<0.05),专业学位复试成绩改革后均低于改革前(P<0.05)。与初试成绩相比,复试成绩与招生考试总成绩关联度更大。在复试阶段中复试技能与招生考试总成绩关联度最大;在初试阶段中业务课与招生考试总成绩关联度最大。结论考试招生改革对复试考生的基本特征影响不大。对于科学学位和专业学位,初试成绩的提高可能与硕士报名人数逐年增加有关。专业学位复试成绩的下降可能是与该院校逐年加强复试难度来选拔考生有关,同时可能与临床医学本科毕业生临床技能培养不足有关。复试工作在招生工作中非常重要,临床医学本科生应重视医学专业课程的学习和本科临床实践。该研究反映了临床医学硕士考试招生“国考+校试”模式的合理性。

Objective To analyze the correlation between the total scores and each scores of subjects,and to discuss the current status and problems of clinical medical postgraduate enrollment examination.Methods In the study,the results of 389 clinical medicine postgraduate enrollment examination in a medical school from 2014 to 2018 were included.The basic characteristics of the retest candidates and the scores were analyzed by Chi-square test and test.The correlation between the total scores and each scores of subjects was analyzed by gray relation model.Results There were no significant differences in gender,degree type,and postgraduate type(P>0.05).After the postgra-duate enrollment examination reform,the initial test scores both in scientific degree and professional degree were higher than before(P<0.05),but the retest scores in professional degree were lower than before(P<0.05).Compared with the initial test scores,the retest scores were more related to the total scores of the enrollment exams.In the retest,the score of clinical skills was the most relevant to the total scores.In the initial test,the score of specialty course was the most relevant to the total scores.Conclusion The postgraduate enrollment examination reform has little effect on the characteristics of the retest candidates.Both in scientific degree and professional degree,the improvement of initial test scores may be related to the increasing number of the candidates who signed up.In professional degree,the decrease of the retest scores may be related to the increasing difficulty of the retest,and the insufficient training of clinical skills of clinical medicine undergraduates.The retest is very important in the enrollment exa-mination.Clinical medicine undergraduate students should pay more attention to the specialty courses and clinical skills.The rationality of"national examination+school test"model in the clinical medicine postgraduate enrollment examination was reflected by this study.
