健康中国视域下社会医学课程教学改革探索 被引量:12

Exploration on Teaching Reform of Social Medicine Course from the Perspective of Healthy China

摘要 目前社会医学课程方面普遍存在教学内容设置重理论轻实践、教学模式和教学框架滞后于其学科发展等问题。社会医学课程的学习旨在帮助学生认识社会因素与疾病、健康之间的关系,运用生物-心理-社会医学模式指导医疗卫生实践,在健康中国国家战略背景下凸显其重要的教学意义。为了医学生更好地将社会医学理论知识用于实践,在促进社会医学教育发展的同时,使社会医学在健康中国建设中发挥其重要作用,课程教学改革迫在眉睫。结合某校社会医学教学改革经验做法,总结出目前教学改革中的成绩和存在问题,为社会医学教学发展与改革提供新的视角和方向。 At present,there are many problems in the Social Medicine curriculum,such as the setting of teaching content emphasizes more theory over practice,and the teaching mode and framework are also lagging behind the development of subjects.The purpose of Social Medicine course is to help students understand the relationship between disease and health of social factors.The application of bio-psycho-social model to guide medical and health practice is of great significance in the context of national health strategy in China.In order to promote the development of social medical education,medical students should apply the theoretical knowledge of social medicine to practice better.At the same time,to make Social Medicine play an important role in the construction of healthy China,curriculum reform is imminent.Based on the experience and practice of Social Medicine teaching reform in a school,this study summarizes the achievements and existing problems in the current teaching reform,hoping to provide a new perspective for the development of social medicine teaching and provide new things for discipline construction.
