儿科医师定向公开选拔对儿科方向医学生职业期望的影响分析

Analysis of Impact of Directional Public Selection of Pediatricians on Career Expectations of Medical Students Major in Pediatrics

目的了解天津市儿科医师定向公开选拔政策对儿科相关专业医学生职业期望的影响程度,并提出相关的合理建议。方法运用问卷调查3所天津市医学院校,采用卡方检验对儿科方向医学生的职业期望相关因素进行调查与分析。结果儿科方向医学生对儿科医师定向公开选拔政策的知情度为7.5%;经卡方检验分析显示,性别、对儿科医师定向公开选拔政策的知情度及学历因素有统计学意义;进一步经Logistic回归分析得出,学历和对政策知情度因素对职业期望有不同程度的影响。结论儿科医师定向公开选拔政策影响了儿科方向医学生的职业期望,因此政府应加大此政策推行力度,提升政策知晓度;舆论正确导向;医院进行薪酬制度改革,提升儿科医生薪资待遇;医学院校应通过医学教育,同时采取优惠措施吸引优秀高中毕业生报考医学院校科相关专业。

Objective To understand the impact of the directional public selection policy of pediatricians in Tianjin on the professional expectations of medical students major in pediatric related professions,and put forward relevant reasonable suggestions.Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted to investigate 3 medical colleges in Tianjin.The chi-square test was used to investigate and analyze the factors related to the career expectation of medical students major in pediatrics.Results According to the questionnaire survey,the awareness of the directional public selection policy of pediatricians among medical students major in pediatrics were 7.5%.Chi-square test analysis showed that gender,knowledge of the directional public selection policy of pediatricians,and academic factors showed statistical significance.Further logistic regression analysis showed that factors such as academic qualifications and knowledge of policies have impact on career expectations to different extents.Conclusion The directional public selection policy for pediatricians has affected the career expectations of medical students major in pediatrics.Therefore,the government should increase the implementation of this policy to improve the awareness of the policy.Public opinion should be correctly oriented.The hospital's salary system needs to be reformed to improve the salary of pediatricians.The medical school should focus on medical education and take preferential measures to attract outstanding high school graduates to apply for pediatrics related majors in the medical school.
