肛门闭锁术后患儿父母照顾负担与社会支持的相关性研究

Relation between Parental Care Burden and Social Support in Children with Anal Atresia

目的调查肛门闭锁术后患儿父母的照顾负担与社会支持情况,探讨两者的相关性。方法2018年5月—2019年1月在某儿童专科医院外科门诊便利抽样80例肛门闭锁术后患儿父母,采用自制一般资料调查问卷、照顾者负担量表(ZBI)、社会支持评定量表(SSAS)进行调查。结果肛门闭锁患儿父母的照顾负担处于轻度水平(33.54±8.36分),社会支持处于中等水平(34.58±7.12分),低于全国常模;除责任负担之外,其余负担维度与社会支持各维度之间均呈负相关(P<0.05,r<0)。结论肛门闭锁患儿父母存在不同程度的照顾负担,社会支持不足,应完善肛门闭锁患儿父母的社会支持系统,以减轻照顾负担,从而促进患儿疾病的康复。

Objective To investigate the care burden and social support of parents of children after anal atresia and to investigate the correlation between them.Methods In May 2018-January 2019,in the surgical clinic of a Children's Hospital,80 children with anal atresia were conveniently sampled.The survey was conducted among the pa-rents using the self-made general information questionnaire,the Caregiver Burden Scale(ZBI),and the Social Support Rating Scale(SSAS).Results The burden of care of the parents of children with anal atresia was mild(33.54±8.36 points),and the social support was medium(34.58±7.12 points),which was lower than the national norm.In addition to the burden of responsibility,there was a negative correlation between the dimensions of the rest of the burden and the dimensions of social support(P<0.05,r<0).Conclusion The parents of children with anal atresia have di-fferent levels of care burden and lack of social support.It requires the improvement of the social support system of parents of children with anal atresia to reduce the burden of care and thus promote the recovery of children's diseases.
