PDCA循环法在降低医院死亡报告漏报中的效果分析

Effect Analysis of Plan-Do-Check-Act Circulation Methods in Reducing Underreporting of Hospital Death Reports

目的探讨PDCA循环管理法在降低医院临床医生在死亡病例报告中漏报率的应用效果。方法将2018年1-6月门急诊和住院患者中按常规工作流程管理的494例死亡病例报告作为对照组,2018年7-12月门急诊和住院患者中实施PDCA循环法的死亡病例报告作为研究组,共486例,观察并比较PDCA循环法实施前后的主动上报率、补报率及漏报率。结果运用PDCA循环管理模式后,医院主动上报率明显提高到86.21%,漏报率下降至1.85%,各项数据显著改善。结论PDCA循环法可有效提高死亡病例报告质量,提升主动上报率,降低漏报率。

Objective Purpose to explore the application effect of Plan-Do-Check-Act(PDCA)circulation management method in reducing the underreporting rate of death case reported by clinicians in the hospital.Methods From January 2018 to June 2018,outpatients,inpatients and patients from the emergency were managed according to the routine workflow and 494 death case reports were selected as the control group.From July 2018 to December 2018,the PDCA circulation method were implemented among the patients and a total of 486 patients were included in the research group.The proactive reporting rate,re-reporting rate and underreporting rate before and after the implementation of the PDCA circulation method were recorded and compared.Results After implementing the circulatory management mode of PDCA,the proactive reporting rate increased significantly to 86.21%,while the rate of underreporting dropped to 1.85%.Significant improvements were observed in various indicators.Conclusion The PDCA cycle method can effectively improve the quality of death case reports,increase the proactive reporting rate,and reduce the underreporting rate.
