Legal and Regulatory Issues Faced in Logistics Distribution by UAV

无人机投入物流配送是物联网时代下的大势所趋。但我国无人机商用存在着大量的法律空白,无人机运营过程中面临的诸多风险和法律困境都须经过全方位、多角度的衡量考虑后用法律加以规制。对我国当前无人机物流配送发展现状,以及其面临的法律问题进行了梳理分析,并提出了可行的法律规制路径,以期为无人机物流配送的发展提供有力的法律保障。

The handful of risks and legal issues faced in the unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV)operation process must,through multistance and angle examination,be regulated and provided for in law.This paper went over the current development status of the logistics distribution practice by UAV in China and the legal issues encountered therein,and proposed a feasible path of legal regulation to provide strong legal support for the development of the logistics distribution practice by UAV.
