天然气长输管道管输定价规制研究

Research on Pricing Regulation of Natural Gas Pipeline Transportation

分析了各国天然气长输管道定价的主体、定价方式及相关政策,同时论述了中国天然气管输定价的方式及演变过程,指出制定长输管道定价规制的重要意义,最后提出制定天然气管道运输定价规制的相关措施。

This paper analyzed the main body,pricing method and related policies of natural gas long-distance pipeline transportation in various countries,meanwhile,addressed the pricing method and its evolution process of the natural gas pipeline transportation in China,pointed out the importance of formulating the relevant pricing regulations,and finally proposed the related measures to specifically formulate the pricing regulations.
