贵州物流业与新型城镇化协调发展研究

摘要 贵州物流业与新型城镇化的协调发展对于提升贵州物流发展水平、提高新型城镇化发展质量至关重要。构建物流业与新型城镇化发展水平的综合评价指标体系,运用熵权法对贵州省2004-2018年间的物流业发展水平及新型城镇化建设水平进行测度;在此基础上,利用耦合协调模型研究二者15年间的耦合协调状况。研究发现:贵州物流业与新型城镇化建设虽然起点很低,但一直保持持续上升的发展态势。二者的发展存在非常强的耦合关系,但直到2017年才处于勉强协调阶段,之前一直处于失调状态,且物流业发展滞后于新型城镇化发展。鉴于此,提出从扩大物流规模、创新物流技术等方面提高物流业发展水平,依托城乡物流一体化建设促进贵州新型城镇化与物流深度融合发展的建议。 In this paper,we constructed a comprehensive evaluation index system for the development level of logistics industry and new urbanization,and used entropy weight method to measure the development level of the logistics industry and new urbanization construction level of Guizhou from 2004 to 2018.From there,we studied the coupling and coordination of logistics industry and new urbanization in the 15-year period using coupling and coordination model.The study found that although the logistics industry and new urbanization in Guizhou started low,it managed to maintain a continuous upward development trend;despite the strong coupling relationship between the development of the two,it was not until 2017 that they were in any coordinated state and only barely so,before which they had been in a state of disorder,with the development of the logistics industry lagging behind that of new urbanization.In light of this,we proposed to improve the development level of the logistics industry through expanding logistics scale and innovating logistics technology,et al.,and to facilitate the in-depth integration of the logistics industry and new urbanization in Guizhou by relying on urban and rural logistics integration.
