摘要
从利用无人机配送动物防疫相关物资的特点入手,以地震多发的四川农村为研究对象,根据多方观点、经验及实地情况,分析得出灾后利用无人机配送动物防疫物资的代表性影响因素,利用解释结构模型(ISM)及交叉影响矩阵相乘法(MICMAC)对整个问题进行客观系统化分析,根据各因素间的相互关系,从直接因素、间接因素与深层因素三个层次对重大地震后针对四川省农村的利用无人机配送动物防疫物资的影响因素进行层次划分,根据模型分析结果提出利用无人机进行动物防疫物资配送的相关建议,为日后类似活动的进行提供一定的参考。
In this paper,starting from the characteristics of the distribution practice of animal epidemic prevention materials using UAVs,with the earthquake-prone rural area in Sichuan as the research object,and based on multi-sourced viewpoints,experiences and field investigations,we isolated the representative influencing factors of the use of UAVs to deliver animal epidemic prevention materials after the earthquake disasters,and based on interpretive structure model(ISM)and cross-impact matrix multiplication applied to classification(MICMAC),analyzed the overall problem objectively and systematically.According to the interrelationship of the various factors and from three levels being direct factors,indirect factors and deep factors,we layered the factors affecting the UAV distribution of animal epidemic prevention materials in rural Sichuan after earthquakes and based on the result of the model analysis,proposed the relevant suggestions for improvement.
