摘要 介绍了MAP现代农业技术服务中心的建设背景及主要服务内容,分析了MAP技术服务中心选址过程中需要考虑的影响因素。以总成本最小化为出发点,将建设成本和物流费用共同纳入目标体系,构建MAP现代农业技术服务中心选址问题的非线性混合整数规划模型。模型以选址方案和农业投入品调拨量为决策变量,统筹考虑了农户需求、企业效益和物流条件。最后以中化农业在东北地区某地的实际数据为例,使用LINGO软件计算最优选址方案,结果显示模型可行且有效,能够为农业服务设施选址决策提供科学依据。 This paper introduced the construction background and main service contents of the MAP modern agricultural technology service center,and analyzed the influencing factors to be considered in the location decision process of the center.Next,with total cost minimization as the starting point,it included construction cost and logistics cost into the objective system to form the nonlinear mixed integer programming model for the location decision of the MAP modern agricultural technology service center.The model uses location plan and agricultural input allocation as decision variables,and considers comprehensively the needs of farmers,enterprise benefits and logistics conditions.Finally,based on the actual data of Sinochem Agriculture in a certain Northeast region,the paper used software LINGO to calculate the optimal location plan,the result of which showed that the model was feasible and effective,and capable of providing scientific basis for the location decision of agricultural service facilities.
