融合TBL与课程思政的《配送管理实务》教学改革

Teaching Reform of Distribution Management Practice by Integrating TBL with Course-imbedded Ideological and Political Education

TBL是一种基于工作过程导向的课程模式,突出学生的主体地位,以真实生产项目、典型工作任务为载体,用任务驱动的方式来培养学生职业岗位能力,掌握必要的专业知识和技能。课程思政是以专业课程为载体进行立德树人的思想政治教育,使学生健全人格素养,具备良好的个性心理素质、思想品德行为和职业胜任能力。融合TBL与课程思政进行《配送管理实务》课程教学改革,重构课程体系包括知识、技能和思政目标与任务,优化教学手段和教学评价方法,通过课程改革,有效提升了教师专业教学能力和学生综合素养。

By integrating task-based learning with course-imbedded ideological and political education,this paper attempted to implement teaching reform of the Distribution Management Practice course,and by reconstructing the curriculum system including knowledge,skills,ideological and political objectives and tasks and optimizing teaching methods and achievement evaluation methods,effectively improved the professional teaching ability of the teachers and the comprehensive competence of the students.
