摘要
对8万m3转炉煤气柜存在煤气泄漏严重、T型架和活塞桁架变形严重等原因分析,制定了转炉煤气柜侧板、底板、活塞板、T型架、支撑台架及活塞桁架等等优化措施,实施后效果明显。
Based on analysis of the causes of serious gas leakage and serious deforma⁃tion of T-frame and piston truss in the 80,000 m3 converter gasholder,the optimization measures of side plate,bottom plate,piston plate,T-frame,support bench and piston truss of converter gasholder were formulated,and the effect has been obvious after implementation.
