摘要
介绍了除盐水系统的工艺流程和配置、反渗透和电除盐技术的原理,分析了系统的控制要求,提出了采用国产DCS系统的控制方案,给出了实现本地加远方控制的网络结构,详述了具体IO配置及控制功能的实现方案,总结了实际应用情况。
The paper introduces the process flow and configuration of desalted water system,the principle of reverse osmosis and electric desalting technology,analyzes the con⁃trol requirements of the system,puts forward the control scheme of adopting domestic DCS system,gives the network structure of realizing local and remote control,details the specific IO configuration and control function realization program,and summarizes the actual applica⁃tion situation.
