摘要
对TRT机组在多种工况下表现出的故障特征信息进行综合分析,判断设备的健康状态、故障类型及故障严重程度,通过设备开盖检修验证了应力波技术对于滑动轴承轴与轴瓦之间存在的严重碰摩、润滑污染、润滑不良等诊断结论的有效性及准确性。为实施预知维修、实现效益最大化提供了实践指导。
The fault characteristic information of TRT unit under various working condi⁃tions was analyzed comprehensively to judge the health status,fault type and fault severity of the equipment.The effectiveness and accuracy of the diagnosis conclusion of the stress wave technology for the serious rubbing,lubrication pollution and poor lubrication between the sliding bearing shaft and the bearing bush was verified by the equipment cover opening maintenance.It provides practical guidance for the implementation of predictive maintenance and maximization of benefit.
