针对冶金大型、异形、半回转体零件的制作工艺开展研究,叙述了其毛坯制作要点、加工工艺和焊接过程,并根据其特殊性,制作了相应的加工工装。加工及制作方法具有很大的创新性和可推广性。

Research was carried out on the manufacturing technology of metallurgical large,special-shaped and semi-rotating parts,and the main points,processing technology and welding process of the shaped blank are described.According to its particularity,corre⁃sponding processing tooling was made.The processing and manufacturing methods have great innovation and promotion prospect.
