摘要
目的:从药用植物木豆中分离纯化特异性产荭草苷的内生真菌,扩大荭草苷的药源。方法:采用组织块分离法分离木豆根内生真菌,利用HPLC法和LC-ESI-MS法对内生真菌的发酵产物进行鉴定,并通过形态观察及ITS-rDNA法对特异性产红草苷的内生真菌进行种属鉴定。结果:内生真菌RFF可特异性产红草苷,菌落呈现白色,短绒毛状,分生孢子呈弯曲镰刀,孢子有2~3隔;ITS序列与Fusarium solani相应序列的相似性为100%。结论:从药用植物木豆中分离到一株特异性产荭草苷的内生真菌RFF,鉴定为腐皮镰孢菌(Fusarium solani)。
Objective:One orientin-producing endophytic fungus was isolated from Cajanus cajan,with the aim of expanding the source of orientin.Methods:The tissue block separation method was used for the isolation of endophytic fungi from C.cajan,the fermentation products from endophytic fungi were identified by HPLC and LC-ESI-MS methods,and one orientin-producing endophytic fungus was identified by morphological and ITS-rDNA sequence.Results:The endophytic fungus RFF was found to be able to produce orientin,its colonies appear white,short villous,the conidia are curved sickle,and the spores are 2~3 separated;the ITS sequence is 100%similar to the corresponding sequence of Fusarium solani.Conclusion:One orientin-producing endophytic fungus RFF was isolated from the medicinal plant C.cajan and identified as Fusarium solani.
