癫痫患者联合丙戊酸钠与拉莫三嗪治疗的疗效评价

Evaluation of the Efficacy of Valproate Combined with Lamotrigine in the Treatment of Epilepsy

目的:观察分析癫痫患者应用丙戊酸钠联合拉莫三嗪治疗的临床效果及安全性。方法:将2016年9月至2019年3月我院收治的110例癫痫患者随机分为相同例数的两组:联合组(n=55)、对照组(n=55)。对照组患者口服丙戊酸钠,联合组患者在对照组治疗方法的基础上加用拉莫三嗪。对两组的治疗总有效率进行比较,比较两组治疗前后SES(自尊量表)评分及MoCA(蒙特利尔认知评估量表)评分,观察治疗期间两组药物安全性。结果:联合组患者的临床治疗总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者治疗后的SES评分及MoCA评分均明显高于治疗前(P<0.05)。治疗后,联合组SES评分及MoCA评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。联合组与对照组患者的药物不良反应发生率比较,差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论:癫痫患者在应用丙戊酸钠治疗的基础上加用拉莫三嗪治疗可以取得比较满意的临床效果,患者的心理自尊状况及认知能力均显著改善,不良反应发生率较低,临床上值得进行推广并广泛应用。

Objective:To observe and analyze the clinical effect and safety of sodium valproate combined with lamotrigine in the treatment of epilepsy.Methods:110 patients with epilepsy in our hospital from September 2016 to March 2019 were randomly divided into two groups:the combination group(n=55)and the control group(n=55).The control group was given sodium valproate orally,while the combined group was given lamotrigine on the basis of the control group.The total effective rates of the two groups were compared,and the scores of SES(self-esteem scale)and MOCA(Montreal Cognitive Assessment Scale)before and after treatment were compared,and the drug safety of the two groups during the treatment was observed.Result:The total effective rate of the combined group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);the SES score and MOCA score of the two groups after treatment were significantly higher than those before treatment(P<0.05).After treatment,the SES score and MOCA score of the combined group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse drug reactions between the combination group and the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion:Epilepsy patients in the application of sodium valproate treatment on the basis of lamotrigine treatment can achieve satisfactory clinical results,patients'psychological self-esteem and cognitive ability are significantly improved,the incidence of adverse reactions is low,it is worthy of clinical promotion and wide application.
